Q: How Mp3 will be downloading?
The AUDIO file of any YouTube video/music will be downloaded directly and automatically converted into mp3 format.
Q: Why 1080p or 2k video download is not available?
For some x86 devices, 1080p video, mp3, and 2K video are currently not available for download. (e.g., x86 devices are like Asus Zenfone, Lenovo K900, Acer Liquid C1, Lumia 1000, Moto XT890, etc.)
For several YouTube videos, the original resolutions of which are less than 1920×1080, Snaptube only provides options no higher than the initial quality.
Q: How can I download at a faster speed?
To speed up a particular task, you can try setting the Max Download Tasks to 1 and pause all other downloading.
You can also turn off the fast downloading mode for better speed!
Q: How to download more videos at the same time?
You can fix the max download task number from 1-10 in Settings. By that, you can download more videos at the same time.
Q: Seeing “This website is not available in your country or region” ?
Sorry, if you see this, that means, the service is not supported in your country or region because of the Terms of Service of YouTube.
Q: How can I download a Facebook video?
To download a Facebook video, log in your Facebook account in Snaptube. Navigate to a video on your timeline or group or page. Then you will see the download button!
Q: Why can’t I use ‘copy URL’ from my Facebook app?
The ‘copy URL’ feature is currently not available on any secrets groups or limited friends. You can download the public videos.
Q: How to download videos/pictures from Instagram?
Step 1, Go to the video you want to download then click on the more button, near the Comment button.
Step 2, Then click on the Copy Share Url.
Step 3, Go back to Snaptube app, Snaptube will automatically open the URL, then click on the Download button.
Q: Why the embedded videos are not available to download?
The embedded videos in any site are currently not supported by Snaptube app.
Q: ‘Failed to query video info’, what should I do?
The connection is too weak, that’s why you see this! Restart the app, and the problem will be fixed or change the network!
Q: Why the download tasks stopped sometimes?
Download tasks stop when the connection/network is unstable or too weak, the app automatically tries to reconnect for a limited time. But after that, if the problem still exists, the download will be stopped. You can resume it manually later.
Q: How can I download videos from websites that are not listed on the homepage or bookmark?
To download those videos, copy the link of the video and paste it in the search box of Snaptube, and click Enter. Then you will get the download options on SnapTube.
Q: How to download videos/music to SD card?
Open the app go to Settings, click Download Path, choose Phone or extSdCard.
Q: How to remove search history + download history?
Click the search box on the app, pull up the page, and you’ll see the Search History on below, click the Trash button to erase the search history.
Go to My Videos then Downloaded, click on the video, choose Delete, choose to Delete history.
Q: What should I do if Snaptube fails to update to the newest version?
Go to https://snaptubeproapk.com and download the latest version of SnapTube.
Q: Why must I update Snaptube APP?
Because if we find some bugs in the newly released build, we must bring an update to fix the bugs. New features also are added with a new update!
